A database of all business enterprises involved in the Israeli settlements.   Paragraph 96 of A/HRC/22/63: "Information gathered by the mission showed that business enterprises have, directly and indirectly, enabled, facilitated and profited from the construction and growth of the settlements."

Gaza: Apparent War Crimes During May Fighting

Human Rights Watch (HRW) released a report on alleged Israeli war crimes during the recent conflict in Gaza, which occurred between 10 and 21 May, killing 260 and injuring 1,948. Over half the dead (129) were civilians, including 66 children. And children accounted for almost a third (610) of the injured. The report specifically focuses on three Israeli airstrikes that killed 62 Palestinian civilians.

A Threshold Crossed provides irrefutable evidence that the three primary elements of an apartheid crime already exist in Israel’s rule over the Palestinians: intent to maintain the dominance of Jewish Israelis over Palestinians; systematic oppression and institutional discrimination to implement the goal of domination; and the carrying out of a range of inhumane acts against all Palestinians including those enjoying Israeli citizenship.
