A regime of Jewish supremacy from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea: This is apartheid

This paper analyses how the Israeli regime works to advance its goals in the entire area under its control: between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River. In this area, the Israeli regime implements laws, practices and state violence designed to cement the supremacy of one group – Jews – over another – Palestinians. A key method in pursuing this goal is engineering space differently for each group. This document presents the principles that guide the regime, demonstrates the implementation approach and points to the conclusion that this regime is an apartheid regime.

The Inequality Report: The Palestinian Arab Minority in Israel

The definition of Israel as "the Jewish State" or "the State of the Jewish People" makes inequality a practical, political and ideological reality for Palestinian citizens of Israel, who are marginalized and discriminated against by the state on the basis of their national belonging and religious affiliation as non-Jews. Additionally, the Palestinian minority is not declared as a national minority under the Basic Laws of Israel. Hence, they are frequently and increasingly viewed as a "fifth column" as a result of their Palestinian identity. This perception is inclusive of the state authorities and the Jewish Israeli public.

The Israeli Attorney General’s memorandum: Everything the ICC is not meant to be

The Attorney General, Dr. Avichai Mandelblit’s claims that the ICC has no jurisdiction in Palestine, rely on intentional misquotation, disregard for international law and an absurd misrepresentation of reality. Contrary to the AG’s position, the ICC has jurisdiction to carry out the necessary investigation of the situation in Palestine. Dr. Avichai Mandelblit is the highest legal authority in Israel’s executive branch, and his legal opinion represents the government.
