Judge, Jury, and Occupier

Israel’s military occupation of Palestinian land has long been expanded and entrenched through systemic violence manifested in settlements, checkpoints, and more.  However, most importantly, the military rule enforced by courts and prisons.  This reports illustrates the role of courts, prisons and the overarching military rule that blocked Palestinians from achieving their inalienable rights.  Palestinians have never stopped fighting for their inalienable rights, which are denied to them by the systemic and daily violence of occupation.
